  1. Smart Meter with an energy dashboard: This will be used to analyse your test data. If you don’t have a smart meter, you can manually take readings ie 1, 2 and 4 hours apart etc preferrably when you are not using any other items ie cooking etc.

  2. A modern combi boiler capable of turning down the flow temperature.
